Quality analyst for MP Hub
Market Pay is seeking a talented Quality Analyst, you will join the Solutions & Products department. You will report to the Product Manager, within the Market Pay Hub team.
The Market Pay Hub contributes to Market Pay's sales growth, by defining and developing reporting and self-care functionalities that enable customers to track their activity, monitor their transactions and payments, and learn from the data made available.
Your work location will be at our offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Job description:
Reporting to the Product Manager, the QA Tester's main tasks will be to :
Define and write the quality test campaign for business APIs and the Market Pay Hub.
Write documentation and carry out peer review protocols up to the approval of validation documents.
Develop scripts to automate end-to-end functional test cases in accordance with defined acceptance criteria.
Prepare relevant data sets and supervise the execution of automatic and manual tests.
Participate in the integration of automated test launches into CI chains.
Investigate and write up anomalies (you will interface with development, execution and product teams in a support capacity).
Trace anomalies in project ticketing tools (Jira) and contribute to the correction of incidents with the development team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Market Pay Hub by capitalising on information from incidents encountered.
Contribute to maintaining the tests repository
Technical stack:
The QA will be required to use the following tools:
REST APIs developed by the CRM (Salesforce) and Data (GCP) teams
Proficiency in market tools: Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
Knowledge of CI/CD (github) is a plus
Datadog
Requirements:
The candidate must have a solid background in a university or engineering school, with 3 to 5 years' significant experience on similar assignments, and be fluent in English and French.
You have an excellent understanding of digital technology, agile methods and the issues involved in developing SAAS applications.
You are familiar with project management, functional test management and automation tools.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with all the teams involved in product development and maintenance.
